The Garden

The back door in the kitchen opens into the spacious, enclosed garden. Conveniently located immediately at the back door is a covered area which stores wood, general and recyclable waste bins. There is also a shed available for storage of further outdoor games, garden furniture and bikes.

A paving path leads round to a lawned area with fruit trees from where you can climb an attractive curved stairway to a feature patio area with wrought iron garden furniture and barbeque. The elevated patio is a sun trap and a peaceful place to sit and take in the views into Wensleydale, Bishopdale and the nearby fells.

The driveway with a 7KW electric vehicle charging point, accessed from a lane at the side of the house has ample parking for two cars, and is enclosed within the traditional dry-stone walls at the perimeter of the property with attractive drive and side gates.
